The Vendor is required to provide services including, but not limited to, providing the necessary labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items necessary to provide student conduct software.
- Services include:
• Compliance with ferpa rules and regulations.
• Ability to have customizable levels of administrators and users, with the ability to view different categories for each.
• Identify students and their specific conduct issues.
• Cross-reference a student to identify involvement in multiple cases.
• Provide calendar follow up notifications by email and/or text.
• Workflow automation to automatically notify specific administrators based on a conduct event.
• Create/generate email and text notifications for students at various stages throughout the investigative and disciplinary process
1. Ability to configure notification templates and forms without requiring vendor development
• Track multiple types of student conduct issues with the ability to establish sub-categories, including but not limited to:
1. Academic Integrity
2. Title IX Violations
3. Classroom Misconduct
4. Security Incidents
5. Concerning Behavior/Support of Students in Crisis
6. Threatening Behavior
• Ability to configure customizable workflows based on the conduct type
1. Assign cases to multiple users with tiered reviews/escalation paths (e.g., advisor to dean to Title IX coordinator)
• Ability to link cases to students, staff, witnesses, and external parties within the context of privacy and personal identifiable information (PII) compliance.
