The Vendor is required to provide to explore options to replace their current summer camp paperwork software.
- Software that can streamline the various aspects of camper registration, such as medical forms, waivers, staff onboarding, parent communications, and much more.
- System include:
• Must be accessible from mobile devices
• Must allow for online registration
• Must include section for electronic health records
• Must include multiple language support
• Must allow for text message alerts
• Must allow parent communication (two-way communication)
• Must be able to document communication with parents
• Must include reporting tools.
• Must be able to track up multiple sites/locations.
• Must be adaptable- licensing requirements change, and new information may be required of parents throughout the year.
• Must be able to pull filtered reports of any information in the participants profile at any time.
• Would like to default guardian, child location when logged in when guardian checks in
• Must allow guardians to update their personal information
• Must be ADA/HIPAA compliant to track vaccinations and required medications.
