The vendor is required to provide for a video software editing platform:
• Ability to incorporate all county district high school sport offerings.
• Submission of a comprehensive proposal for all sports.
• Ability for college research and showcase athlete abilities to a college recruiter.
• Game statistics breakdown for the home school as well as opponents.
• Ability to upload intercut video to team accounts.
• Ability to fenestrate, highlight and comment directly on game video.
• Create a league pool to exchange game video.
• Ability for coaches and players to access video.
• Ability to share video with colleges and universities for recruiting purposes.
• Ability to exchange video with other schools.
• Ability to download or maintain previous seasons into team accounts
• Ability to livestream to the community and charge either pay-per-view or free-to-view content
• Ability to incorporate advanced livestreaming capabilities
• The vendor must have the capability to provide customer support for stakeholders across the
athletic program at no additional charge.
• This includes student-athletes, parents, coaches, athletic directors, school staff, and central office administrators.
• customer support should be in the form of phone, online chat, and email support.
• Onsite training for athletic directors on an annual basis, along with an onsite or virtual training
session for coaches prior to each season.
