The vendor is required to provide all phases of video production from script and project development, camera and audio equipment operation, interviewing, editing, animation, on-air hosting, live production switching, and voiceover.
- Pay rates:
1. Training: $25.00 / hour
• Receiving training from staff
2. Producer: producer
• Script and project development.
• Operating camera and audio equipment, interviewing, technical services, post-production, and training as an instructor.
3. Lead producer: $50.00 / hour
• Same duties as producer but managing a crew of 3 or more.
4. Hosting talent
• Hosting live or recorded production.
5. Professional voiceover Talen
• Providing professional voiceover for an edited production.
6. DSB auditorium director
• Operating switcher in the development services building auditorium and recording meetings for future playback.
7. BCC hearing room audio technician: $125.00 / first two hours*
• Operating audio mixer during live meetings in the board of county commissioners hearing room.
creating DVD copies and assisting director as needed.
8. BCC hearing room director: $160.00 / first two hours*
• Operating switcher and directing during live meetings in the board of county commissioners hearing room.
• Creating files for channel and website playback.
• Adding completed meetings to schedule.
- All rates are subject to prior discussion and approval by #clackco tv
• Time is charged in quarter hour increments.
• All shoots guarantee a two-hour minimum.
• if a shoot is cancelled with less than 24-hour notice, the producer will be paid two hours at the assigned rate for time lost.
- Mileage is paid:
• At the current federal rate.
• From #clackco tv office to shoot location.
- CCGC staff reserves the right to do the following as needed:
• Negotiate flat fees on a per project basis.
• Reassign project.
• Amend contracts.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
