The Vendor is required to provide professional services for the investigation and verification of water service lines.
- Services shall be performed for the department.
1. Residential properties – scattered site locations (650 Parcels – see attached map/list)
- Maintain a business phone number for the transaction of business, including receipt of service calls and shall be available for such calls on all working days between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
- The work consists of the investigation of approximately 650 water services for lead verification.
- This work does not include replacement, only investigation.
- The work of the lead service line investigation is both in the row, at the curb box and the property water meter.
- Coordinate with department for interaction and communication with residents, delivery of notices and pitchers/filters to residents, and all other requirements as found in the specifications for lead service line investigations.
- Work including unmarked underground utilities that may be required to complete any specific item shall be considered incidental and no claim for additional compensation will be made.
