The vendor is required to provide that Web Development Service that include • Conduct project discovery meetings with key project stakeholders and produce a project strategy document. • Develop information architecture for the two websites. • Audit current content on the websites and advise Fine Arts Center decisions regarding content to migrate, archive, or delete. • Present the sitemaps and wireframes to marketing, box office, and other Fine Arts Center constituent groups. • critical, as identified in the strategy phase, create unique modules to meet specific client/site audience or functionality needs. • Enable Google Analytics and configure event tracking on specified calls to action • Final website should comply with World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). • In addition, the vendor should follow best practices, voluntary standards and guidelines developed by the World Wide Web Consortiums (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). • Visitors to the site will utilize a wide variety of devices to access our website, including computers, tablets and mobile smart phones. • The website should automatically detect the screen resolution of any device and respond with a view of the site that is optimized specifically for that screen. • Collaborate with the Fine Arts Center and its ticketing platform, and purchase processing vendors to ensure compliance with privacy and security laws and best practices related to ecommerce. - Contract Period/Term: 6 years - Questions/Inquires Deadline: January 22, 2025
