RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide that website development and administration services for emergency response, health and medication management, individual and group therapy, client services management, substance abuse services, older adult services, assertive community treatment, community-supported living, wraparound services, respite care, and psychosocial rehabilitation.
- Project planning and consultation:
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather requirements to define website and intranet functionality.
• Provide a detailed project timeline, including milestones and deliverables.
• Offer ongoing consultation throughout the design and development phases to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Website development
• Design a modern, responsive, and user-friendly website that reflects county community mental health’s brand identity.
• Incorporate the following features:
o Intuitive navigation.
o Integrated search functionality.
o Accessible design compliant with applicable standards.
• Include a content management system (CMS) that allows non-technical staff to independently update website content.
• Develop a dedicated recruitment section highlighting organizational culture, available job opportunities, and community engagement.
- Intranet development
• Build a secure, easy-to-navigate intranet for internal employee use.
• Include a dedicated HR with functionalities such as:
o Policy and document storage with restricted editing access for hr staff.
o Employee self-service tools (e.g., leave requests, benefits information).
o Secure communication tools for internal announcements.
• Provide role-based user permissions to manage access.
• Link the intranet from the public-facing website.
- Integration and compatibility
• Ensure seamless integration between the website, intranet, and existing systems.
• Optimize compatibility for mobile devices and commonly used web browsers.
- Security and compliance
• Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive information on both the website and intranet.
• Ensure compliance with relevant privacy regulations and data protection standards.
- Training and documentation
• Provide training sessions for key staff on using the CMS and intranet tools.
• Deliver comprehensive user manuals and technical documentation for ongoing maintenance.
- Post-launch support
• Offer a defined period of post-launch support, including bug fixes and minor adjustments.
• Provide options for ongoing technical support and maintenance.
• Fully functional, responsive website and secure intranet system with agreed-upon features.
• Comprehensive training for designated staff.
• Documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
• Analytics tools to monitor and assess website traffic and user engagement.
• Post-launch support plan (optional).
