The Vendor is required to provide a solution for a new agency website.
- Website is to enable the agency to provide the people of state, lenders, residential real estate developers, and other business partners and customers a vibrant and clear online experience for the information they are seeking from agency.
- Provide a website that better reflects the agency’s mission, products and services; and
- Ensure that the website and content management system are optimized and utilizing current-best practices and technologies.
- Ensure that the site is accessible (ADA and WCAG compliant) and responsive;
- Work with agency staff to develop a scalable taxonomy for website content that represents current and future agency products, programs and priorities;
- Develop user-friendly interfaces to enhance user experience, and
- Make recommendations on data and image management, video usage, document management, record keeping functionality for requirements under the state public records law, and new technology enhancements such as Chatbot’s.
- Provide integration with relevant third-party applications and ensure seamless connectivity with existing systems and databases, including custom applications.
- Optimize the website structure, content, and Meta data for improved search engine visibility and ranking and implement best practices for SEO.
- Implement robust security measures and maintain security protocols to mitigate risk.
- Implement a solution that meets agency web content management needs, including multiple language support for published content.
- Manage testing and deployment of the new website including but not limited to:
• Conducting thorough testing across browsers, devices and operating systems to ensure compatibility and performance; and
• Deploy the website to an agreed upon hosting environment and provide ongoing support during the transition.
