The vendor is required to provide ongoing consulting, implementation and support services for enterprise content management (ECM) Software to assist us with stabilizing and optimizing our Content Server environment.
- Discovery phase includes, but is not limited to, conducting interviews with key technical staff and business end users, reviewing the existing system, mapping the current deployment to best practices, identifying pain points, and prioritizing next steps for any recommended improvements.
