- Develop a project plan with timelines; facilitate project meetings; track all decisions; and track all issues with proposed actions
- Build alignment and scope, aligning business and IT on scope and priorities.
- Plan the ERP project starting with stakeholders, risk and value, and project set up. Deliverable – Map out the stakeholders to evaluate their impact on the project, build an initial risk register and discuss group alignment. Conclude this milestone by setting the initial core project team and their accountabilities to the project.
- Legacy systems include information and business-process systems in:
• Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 2003 Professional User, 5000+ Persons/Users
• Oracle Database Standard Edition 2
• Modules in use:
o Financials: General Ledger & Sub Ledger Accounting; Accounts Payable; Payments; Cash Management; Fixed Assets; Approval Management
o Procurement: Purchasing
o Human Resources Information Systems: Benefits; Human Resources; Payroll; Workforce Management; Self-Service Employee & Manager; Performance Management; Learning Management;
o Supply Chain Management: Inventory; Bill of Material; Work in Process; Mobile Supply Chain Applications
