Housing Management Software

The Vendor is required to provide housing management solution to be implemented across all 11 campus housing offices.
- The solution must offer each individual campus data management with individual server instances; please describe how you propose to handle the set-up of the 11 (eleven) campuses in the agency system.
- The solution must provide key management and access as well as inventory management options; please describe in detail how your system handles these items.
- The solution must provide work order management, including the ability for residents to submit work orders online; please describe in detail how your solution meets this requirement.
- The solution must support transferring and logging notes into the solution; describe how your solution handles note entry and transfer, as well as the methods available for logging notes.
Example: notes regarding student interactions via phone, email, etc.
- The solution must have the ability to import class schedule data daily (after hours) from PeopleSoft campus solutions; describe in detail how the import process is conducted.
- The solution must have the ability to import and upload student photos into housing software from PeopleSoft campus solutions; please describe in detail how this is done.
- The solution must enable institution-defined users to create forms that can write data to fields within the program; please describe how your solution facilitates writing data back into the solution.
Examples: housing application, semester break housing registration, service animal agreement, request for accessibility, etc.
- The system must include an audit trail for online processes detailing which steps have been completed along with the date and time of completion; please outline the specific information your solution captures in its audit trails.
