Timed Event Ticketing System

The vendor is required to provide a timed event ticketing system, to be used for admissions to parks, recreation and tourism events and facilities (PRT), including but not limited to an aerial adventure course, walk-through holiday light show, and various other PRT special events
- A ticketing system whereby customers are able to purchase tickets for programs, activities, and daily admission for special events and seasonal services
- System should be capable of selling tickets by set quantities per time slot(s).
- Features are required:
a. System allows customers to purchase tickets online
b. Multiple tickets of a single type/price point can be purchased in one transaction
c. Customers receive a ticket‐style receipt with a scannable barcode or coupon code
d. Timed slots can be selected for ticket purchases
e. Ticket prices can be set to correspond to participant age
f. Customers can be assigned a space, area, or seat within a ticketed venue
g. Ticketed time slots that are filled will be marked for in the customer portal as "FULL"
h. Automatic cross promotion of similar events during the registration process
i. System allows for purchased tickets or orders to be scan barcode or QR code for check-in.
j. A calendar view of date selection for ticket purchase is available
k. Multiple daily time slots can be set up for ticket purchase, with limited quantity of tickets for each time slot
l. Multiple prices can be set for each ticket depending on factors such as age or membership status[MM4][AN5], or discount code.
m. Customers can be assigned a space, area, or seat within a ticketed venue
n. A single customer can purchase multiple tickets of each type without requiring the creation of a new account for each ticket assignment
o. A staff facing tool exists for checking in ticket holders via phone or handheld digital device
p. Waiver feature or integration options as needed[MM6][AN7], for aerial adventure course customers.
q. System must be PCI Level 1 Compliant for all card transactions and must use tokenization for credit card payments
r. System must provide a variety of reports on events and ticket sales that can be exported in multiple formats to include Excel and PDF.
