Student Response System

The vendor is required to provide a digital, cloud-based solution for a student response system (SRS) to engage students through online communication tools such as polling, question and answer, surveys, quizzes, and more to create a more seamless active learning environment.
- SRS must also be seamlessly deployed in synchronous meeting software such as Microsoft Teams
- Maintain ownership of all data generated by its users within in the proposed CMS solution. the successful proponent will not use any department data aggregate or otherwise, for any purpose other than decisions relating to system performance.
- Maintain ownership (ip and copyright) of all content (course materials and related data) and any data stored within or generated by department community members (i.e., students, instructors, and staff). data, aggregate or otherwise, for any purpose other than decisions relating to system performance.
- CMS solution will meet or exceed department security and privacy impact requirements.
- May communicate the topics to be addressed in the presentation with reasonable time for the finalists to prepare.
