- Provide the province an online crowdfunding platform.
- Facilitate secure online transactions by donors to intended non-profit organizations.
- Maintain and store the data from the crowdfunding platform.
- The province administers the crowdfunding state program which is supported by the platform solution.
- A platform fee for participating non-profits or collecting tips from donors.
- Crowdfunding state is and must appear to be free for non-profit use and shall not burden domes with any additional costs, fees or tips.
