- Provide data migration, as-needed system customization, configuration, training and ongoing maintenance of a standalone, turnkey gads reporting software (“software”) to replace gads.
- GADS reporting software helps power generators by enabling detailed monitoring of unit performance and outage management, which is essential for enhancing operational efficiency and reliability.
- The proposed software to be cloud-based, as a cloud based solution would not require software installation or implementation on agency network assets.
- Any cloud-based software must have no less than 99% uptime.
- Hydro-electric generation facilities.
- Simple-cycle gas turbine generation facilities.
- Combined-cycle gas turbine generation facilities.
- Software shall allow end-user to report events using corporation-approved cause codes.
- Software shall allow end-user to report events using corporation-approved amplification codes.
- Software shall follow corporation data reporting instructions (DRI).
- Software shall be proprietary, self-contained, and not use open-source code libraries or coding.
- Software shall export data in Standard Corporation -compliant format for upload to corporation open access technology international (OATI) web database.
- Software shall provide error handling and data verification features.
- Software shall allow users to auto-calculate performance data based on event reporting.
- Software shall allow users to enter operational data, including energy delivery data and fuel input.
- Software shall allow users to export performance metrics, similar to GADS open source data export.
- Software shall allow users to stop and save data entry.
- Software shall allow end-users to enter data in on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Software shall be intuitive and have an easy-to-use user interface (UI).
- Software shall not require programming knowledge to use.
