Family Two-Way Multi Language Communication Solution

The Vendor is required to providesecure communication platform that enables staff members to communicate seamlessly with parents and guardians, and vice versa.
- The platform shall provide real-time translation in both directions into the languages spoken natively by the district’s families to the greatest extent technically feasible.
- The base solution shall additionally include digital newsletter tools, a sign-up/volunteer scheduling tool, a survey/feedback tool, and an appointment scheduling tool (including parent-teacher conference scheduling) integrated with google calendar, all governed under a single administrative and security model.
