The vendor is required to provide an online tutoring system to support student learning needs.
- College currently provides access to both online-professional tutors, as well as a peer-tutoring service.
- The online tutoring system must provide access to professional tutors, as well as give college tools and features to manage the local peer-tutoring platform.

• User-friendly functions available to meet scheduling and booking needs of college peer-tutoring service   
• Ability to schedule and book appointments in advance with peer tutors
• Ability to customize booking page(s) for students, including college -specific booking questions and criteria
• Ability to send reminder emails about appointments as well as cancellation notices (as applicable)
• Ability for students to manage appointments within the system (i.e., reschedule or cancel appointments)
• Ability to define session location, allowing for scheduling of both online and on-site sessions
• Ability to host and schedule various kinds of peer support sessions (i.e., one-on-one, group study)
• Ability to separate and differentiate college peer tutors from vendor tutors
• Ability to manage all college peer tutors from administrative accounts
• Capability to create/assign up to 75 college peer tutor accounts
• Capability to generate data on college peer tutor hours worked per week
• Capability to generate bi-weekly verified timesheets for college peer tutor accounts
• Ability to customize and/or hide public profiles for college peer tutors
