The Vendor is required to provide an on-line training system for all employees, inclusive of, but not limited to: permanent, temporary, part-time, full-time, and/or contractual.
- Provide secure web access for employees/users to participate in training modules 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
- Provide training courses in Spanish or translation of courses.
- Allow employer to create and upload custom district specific courses as needed.
- Allow the district to identify a point of contact, labeled as a system administrator, who will have access to all records stored within the application.
- The system administrator shall also have the ability to manually edit/modify records as needed.
- Allow the system administrator to run reports as needed for compliance as determined by the district’s needs.
- Allow the employee/user to update/modify their own contact information as needed to ensure accurate records are maintained for each user or collaborate with Technology Information Services to ensure data is transferred monthly, updating accurate user information. - Foster SEL Skills: Develop self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making in students.
- Accessible Support: Provide user-friendly, self-guided modules that students can engage with independently or minimal support from behavior support staff.
- Technology Integration: Ensure compatibility with existing school learning management systems (LMS) and provide mobile-friendly access.

• Provides teachers and staff with resources to increase knowledge and understanding of academic intervention and supports.
• Provide a catalog of training modules to help parents understand the special education process.
• Training modules incorporate relevant and real-life scenarios, when applicable.
• Allow the district to create and upload custom district specific courses as needed.
• Enable reporting features that permit assigned administrators to oversee engagement and the completion of courses.
