• Must be viewable and functional both in a desktop version and mobile.

• Ability to run reports based on time types
• Ability to Add/Remove Shift Positions
• Have Rotational Scheduling options as well as set scheduling.
• Pending Signups/Trades/Time Off all viewable on the screen with scheduled shifts.
- Paging System
• Page available and qualified staff to fill shifts as soon as they’re open in a timely manner.
• Option to send the messages out staggered based on seniority or hours worked.
• Notifies staff for shift trades, time off requests, and other.
- Compliance
• Minimum staffing requirements
1. Automatically track and monitor staffing levels, and notify us when we fall below.
• Shift Work Limits
1. Monitors and notifies the scheduler in regards to:
• Maximum contiguous work hour limits
• Maximum work hour limits per day or week
• Required time off between shifts.
• Manages Certification
1. Track certifications for proper scheduling and sends reminders when expiration dates are approaching.
2. Prevents the scheduling an employee with an expired certification.
3. List of Employees Sortable, and exportable into excel.

1. Keep a detailed report of every login and action or request done within the system and by whom.
• Integration with EMS Charts
1. Associated training.
- Forms
• Ability to make custom reports
• Equipment check sheet, Vehicle check sheet and Repair requests, and etc.

• Ability to pull reports and data from those forms.
