Treasury Management System

The vendor is required to provide information about a treasury management system that will support cash management, automate reporting and facilitate bank fee monitoring (“must-have services/functions”).
- We also would like to explore some other nice-to-have services/functions (e.g., functions that support wire transfers and bank account/relationship management).
- We expect this system to be able to integrate with the systems of our commercial and custodian banking providers and some of citizens’ systems.
- Confirm if your company is willing to participate in demonstrations, conference calls, or request for additional information from citizens
- Provide your typical pricing model(s) (i.e., payment schedule, general cost, etc.) for similar products and services; please also elaborate on any pricing concerns.
- Identify any governmental contracts (e.g., state term contracts, alternate contract sources, general services administration (GSA), etc.) your company has for similar products and services.
