The vendor is required to provide from qualified service providers to design, fabricate, and install ADA compliant ramps, stairs and platforms to access the recycling facilities at the timberline recycling center.
- Include for services:
• Design, fabrication, and installation of the ramps, stairs, and platforms detailed in attachment a that comply with the ADA standards for accessible design and 2017 ICC a117.1 accessible buildings and facilities.
• Provide shop drawings for owner approval as well as engineered drawings signed by a professional engineer licensed in the state of.
• Obtain required permits.
• Attend project meetings including but not limited to preconstruction, progress, quality control, etc.
• Coordinate with inspectors and city of consultants for required special inspections.
• Coordinate with the city for the delivery and installation of the ramps, stairs and platforms,
• Service provider will be responsible for onsite traffic control until final completion of the project.
• Confirm all dimensions shown on the drawings in attachment a with the existing conditions and equipment in the field.
• All materials are to be hot-dipped galvanized, drilling for attachments after galvanizing will not be accepted.
• Provide 24-month warranty for design, fabrication, and installation.
