Digital Asset Management System

The Vendor is required to provide a digital asset management system (DAMS) to address current inefficiencies in digital asset storage and management.
- Currently, digital assets are scattered across various platforms, including the museum system (TMS), external organizational hard drives, personal hard drives, third-party websites, and internal servers.
- This fragmentation leads to inefficient workflows, lack of data redundancy, difficulty locating files, and inefficient accessibility.
- The ideal DAMS system should include the following features: centralized repository for all digital assets, support for various file formats (images, videos, audio, documents), robust search and filtering capabilities, role-based access control, integration with TMS and other relevant systems, customizable metadata schemas, workflow management tools, version control and asset history tracking, batch editing and processing capabilities, API for custom integrations, reporting and analytics tools, cloud-based storage with appropriate security measures.
