- Vendors may offer software and SaaS products across cloud-based, on-prem, or hybrid, methodology.
- Software and SaaS solutions can be, but not limited to, the following categories:
• Enterprise resource planning (ERP)
• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Human capital management (HCM) or human resources (HRIS)
• Financial management and accounting
• Productivity and collaboration tools
• Business intelligence and data analytics
• IT service management (ITSM)
• Vertical or industry-specific applications
• Artificial intelligence and machine learning applications
• Cloud-based software platforms
• Integration, API management, and middleware solutions
- The selected vendor(s) shall be able to provide:
• License procurement and management
• Subscription-based SaaS offerings
• Implementation, onboarding, and configuration services
• Integration with existing technology environments
• Ongoing technical support, updates, and patches
• User training and documentation
• Data privacy, security, and compliance adherence
- The objective is to create a preferred vendor list to supply software and SaaS solutions either on an as-needed basis or through strategic technology initiatives.
- Proposals should include pricing models, service levels, warranties, security measures, scalability options, and a roadmap for future updates.
