• Organization’s experience providing computerized aid dispatching to transit organizations, including workforce and fleet management and daily assignments and operations.
• Share feedback about other transit agencies' practices.
• Core items: scheduling transit routes, run cutting, bidding capabilities, reporting, integration with CAD/AVL, GTFS export, fixed line operations dispatching, fixed line operations timekeeping & payroll, attendance tracking, employee management, operator portal & operator bidding, paratransit booking, para dispatching, para call reminder & immediate arrival notifications, para CAD/AVL, batching , CSR management.
• How would implementing your CAD system improve agency outcomes and operations?
• Present evaluations or studies that demonstrate the effectiveness of your system.
