The Vendor is required to provide client management for both breast and cervical cancer project (BCCP) and wisewoman.
- The client management system must provide the ability to track client eligibility, client services, client results, and billing.
- The system will be used to authorize claims to submit for payment.
- The system must have the ability to enable state BCCP and wisewoman programs to submit required minimum data elements to the centers for disease control and prevention (CDC).
- The system must provide the ability for department staff to query the system for needed data.
- Provide an established client management system with the program and wisewoman data requirements as established by the CDC, medical billing tracking and EDI, reminder recall, case management, document uploading and ability to create open query command and create ad-hoc reports within the system.
- Provide support for data collection of all CDC directed minimum data elements (MDE) in support of the program and wisewoman.
• Database must have the ability to generate the MDE file in the required CDC format.
• Database must be updated with any changes to the MDES determined by the CDC.
• Must provide support for MDE submissions, including data cleaning queries/reports and customer service for any questions.
- Provide support for all database functions and maintain a core team of qualified staff who are able to support all aspects of the database.
- Must have a database that can track case management activities, including but not limited to:
• Schedule appointments.
• Results for all services.
• Client activity notes.
• Health history.
• Client eligibility.
• Client demographic information.
• Medical claims.
- Must have a database that can track the history for all data insert/edit/delete activities either through downloadable report or data change log.
- Must have a database that can provide on demand reports including the following:
• Demographics
• Follow-up
• Performance measures
• Rescreening notifications
• Billing authorization
• Fund balances
• EPHI access log
• User activity log
• Ability for users to generate SQL queries.
• Ad-hoc data extraction utility
• Online help system
• Online data dictionary
- Must provide webinar training on all substantial system modifications or enhancements.
