The Vendor is required to provide for the delivery of a modern queueing stanchions solution that will be deployed to manage queues within the airport terminal, both landside and airside.
- Must deliver queueing stanchions that are scalable, flexible, and adaptable to the authority's changing needs.
- The system should also be user-friendly, intuitive, and accessible to both authority staff and the public.
- Stanchion layout and locations shall follow the configurations shown in the IFC documents.
- All stanchion components must be commercial-grade and suitable for high-traffic public use.
- All products shall meet applicable ADA and safety regulations.
- Coordination with airline branding teams for belt color, signage, or messaging requirements.
- The vendor shall submit product data sheets, color samples, and shop drawings for approval prior to fabrication or installation.
- Each queue lane shall include an overhead signage portal that includes the following features:
• Integrates with the stanchion post system
• Spans at least 10 feet in width
• Allows for customizable and easily changeable signage graphics
• Maintains a minimum overhead clearance of 8 feet
- Provide a 5-foot deep stanchioned preloading zone in front of every travel document checker (TDC) podium.
- Provide single and double swing gates between each TDC podium as specified.
- Provide post-mounted station lights at each TSA agent podium position that flash on/off to alert passengers to podium availability.
- Provide solid black fixed-frame panel barriers for the designated canine enhancement screening (CES) queue zone.
• The stanchion solution should allow CES operations to be activated or deactivated quickly and efficiently.
• This area shall incorporate dual breakaway barrier gates to support emergency egress per applicable life safety codes.
- Provide clear hinged-frame panel barriers for the clear queue area.
• Panels must support the insertion of custom graphics.
- Replaceable retractable belt mechanism with a slow-retract feature.
- 4-way connectivity, allowing simultaneous attachment of up to four belts or accessories.
- Signage-ready design: posts shall be fabricated with provisions to accommodate optional signage attachments.
