Modernization of Immunization Information Services

The vendor is required to provide for the replacement of its current immunization information system to a comprehensive, configurable, cots immunization information system (IIS) solution.
- Ensure the cots IIS solution meets the CDC functional standards and the detailed essential business requirements outlined in the (IIS RTM} and includes functionality related to the following functions at a minimum:
• Administer system;
• Manage organizations and facilities;
• Manage users;
• Support interoperability;
• Data quality;
• Evaluate and forecast;
• Manage patient and immunization records;
• Manage vaccine inventory;
• Data access;
• Non-functional - technical requirements across key attributes
- Provide routine and ongoing maintenance of the cots IIS, provide bug fixes and other troubleshooting to ensure the application is fully functional and the cots IIS operates with minimal interruption as detailed in section 3-system maintenance and support services;
- Provide flexibility for future enhancements and adaptations where new data and or modules can be configured or connected to meet changing business needs.
- Provide cloud hosting support services to ensure that the cots IIS is operational 24/7 in a cloud hosted secured environment with minimal interruption of service or workflow.
