DNA Analysis Platform

The vendor is required to provide DNA analysis from the instrument and the consumables to be used with the instrument.
1. Rapid DNA instrument
• Performs DNA analysis in approximately 90 minutes without human intervention.
• Process one sample at a time.
• Utilizes global filer express-based chemistry.
• Utilizes consumables to analyze both known samples and forensic samples.
2. Software
• Allow users to review the DNA profiles and change the profile quality.
• Allow review of DNA profile results in real time.
• Allow users to upload DNA profiles to an external location.
3. Consumables
• Manufactured in compliance with iso 13485 certified quality management system.
• Kits for processing samples shall come with a minimum of one positive and one negative control per package of 50 sample runs.
• Compatible component consumables allow the DNA instrument to run 150 samples.
