The Vendor is required to provide a license plate recognition system (LPR) to enhance our collection and enforcement efforts by identifying scofflaws through an automated system.
- System include:
• Software must have the ability to take video/photo and cross-reference any applicable car tags/license against the database of vehicles with outstanding balances for fines (mobility and parking).
• Software must have the ability to store scanned license plates for at least 7 days.
• Software must have the ability to identify/flag a vehicle in a prohibited area.
• Software must have the ability to transfer an applicable flagged license plate to the t2 flex system for citation issuance (sanitation).
• Software must have the ability to inform staff of vehicles that have outstanding balances based on mobile video/photos from the field.
• Software must integrate with t2 and its applicable modules with an already existing API or other means of Integration.
• The software must be hosted by the vendor or an associated entity.
• The software must have the ability to have at least 6 concurrent users.
• Video/photo recording equipment must have the ability to be used on a standard sedan, van, or pick-up truck, either through mounting on the outside or inside.
• Video/photo recording equipment must have the ability to be used on a county sweeper.
• Video/photo recording equipment must have a minimum consistent battery usage of at least four (4) hours.
• Video /photo recording equipment must have the ability to automatically transfer applicable videos/images to a designated software package with an already established integration method.
• Video/photo recording equipment that can be moved between vehicles with minimal effort.
