The Vendor is required to provide university admissions portal system /platform to accomplish the following:
• Provide an engaging interactive internet native service for prospective students and their families from all over the world to learn more about university.
• The tool should be quickly trainable using university's website to have accurate and up-to-date information on the admissions process.
• The tool should have data security measures that ensure little to no sharing of personal information outside of the software itself.
• The tool should demonstrate performance that is widely accepted as industry standard.
• The tool should successfully utilize artificial intelligence that can be easily switched off by university personnel, in correctly answering any questions posed by the prospective students
• The tool should allow for a seamless translation experience allowing non-English speaking individuals to easily access and understand the information provided.
• Provide real-time data that allows university undergraduate admissions personnel to capture inquiries and nurture prospects through the recruitment cycle.
• The tool should allow for quick and easy updates, as needed by university admissions personnel.
• The tool should have documented success working at scale with large universities with a similar student population.
• The tool should provide comprehensive support on all services provided.
