Digital Membership Card Software

The Vendor is required to provide a digital membership card and wallet for up to 15,000 users. With the ability to expand as needed for a 12 month period with option to renew.
- Required integration with civic plus, recreation management software. 
- Integration to be completed by vendor. 
- The software should not be application based. 
- Membership cards need to be customizable for the data shown and for different types of memberships. 
- Offer special event “tickets” for check-in and activity check-in. 
- The software should provide push notifications, as set by our department, exclusive membership perks and geo mapped to show the membership card upon entering the facilities. 
- Enhance marketing and communication with members with notifications instantly.
- The software needs to be able to track renewals, attendance and engagement. 
- Be fully SOC 2 type 2 compliant and ISO 27001 certified. 
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing management.
