The vendor is required to provide for license, hosting, and maintenance and support for an event management software solution.
- A series of external and internal conferences and events, along with internal divisional and district meetings and events whose structure benefits from consolidating the conference and event planning function within the communications organization.
- The current environment is a single-sourced integrated solution that provides event management tools, contract administration, registration and point-of sale services, attendee data, speaker and session analytics, travel registration: hotel and room sourcing and service, web-based portal and application services, on-time event functions: in person and virtual attendance data, event capacity management, data security, reporting functions for analysis, and ease of software integration with other social media platform.
- Design feature for event sites with drag-and-drop widgets, real-time design, and control over styling and display.
- Email marketing campaigns, agenda and speaker promotion, early bird pricing, automated reminder emails.
- On-arrival services:
• Provide badge printing services for attendees.
• Set up kiosks for self-service check-in.
• Facilitate event check-in for pre-registered attendees.
• Provide a project manager to offer onsite support during the event.
