- The current environment is a single-sourced integrated solution that provides event management tools, contract administration, registration and point-of sale services, attendee data, speaker and session analytics, travel registration: hotel and room sourcing and service, web-based portal and application services, on-time event functions: in person and virtual attendance data, event/session capacity management, data security, reporting functions for analysis, and ease of software integration with other social media platform.
- A software product deployed across all locations providing appropriate applications and access to different users to replace the legacy system(s) with a department approved secure web-based software product.
- Commonly repeated task or procedure within a company's IT operations process.
- Detailed steps to manage your software (restart a service, backup files, configure infrastructure, etc.) on your deployment targets.
- Provide the knowledge and steps to quickly and accurately resolve a given issue.
- Specific outline for helping with a task, bridging the differences in staff skill sets.
- Routine IT department activities such as a help agent responding to low-level IT tickets.
- Network administrator performing pre-scheduled tasks in your IT management software.
