The vendor is required to provide Qualtrax software licenses and hosting services.
- Estimated contract amount
• Qualtrax software licenses, maintenance and support and related services is $47,000 for the initial term.
• Subsequent year cannot exceed 5% of the prior year’s amount.
- Be an authorized reseller of Qualtrax software products.
- Provide and fulfill all orders, including, but not limited to support, new purchases, or any other related product and service.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
