The Vendor is required to provide a platform in which users can leverage advanced analytics to identify key drivers of star ratings performance, prioritize member and provider interventions to close gaps in care, and improve the overall member experience.
- Risk levels, including missed screenings and vaccinations; care gaps; missed medication refills; non-compliance with treatment protocols; engagement with primary care provider;
- Identify the number of members requiring care gap closure/outreach to reach agency goals.
- Identify members at risk of non-compliance with regulatory measures.
- Provide advanced analytics techniques as appropriate.
- Data uploads from multiple sources (e.g., medical claims, pharmacy claims, administrative data, and department data);
- Monthly data refreshes (post receipt of inbound data files);
- Data analysis capabilities (e.g., trending, comparative analysis, provider level);
- Performance data analysis with recommendations for improvement;
- Measure-level best practices for future initiatives;
- Single Sign On;
- Provide Artificial Intelligence capabilities to help develop predictive models and analyses.
- Provides all information required for successful data transition files.
- Includes optical Character Recognition to ingest data from documents and forms.
- Test and integrate the system with agency Health’s data sources.
- Test and ensure implementation of deployed software prior to system launch.
- Provide end-user training to business users and IT application support resources, via written guide manuals and / or webinars.
- Provide system configuration and technical training for IT resources.
- Provide live ongoing support services 8am – 5pm Pacific Time, Monday – Friday.
- Provide end-user reference guides.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
