Brand Maintenance and Training Platform Implementation

The Vendor is required to provide brand, platform and website for materials and learning resources created by the department.
- Project management
•    Manage tasks, deadlines and assignments for overall project to help the agency meet project goals.
•    Host weekly meetings to review content, receive feedback, and offer strategic recommendations.
•    Compile and distribute performance metrics and reports weekly or as needed.
- Brand Maintenance and Materials Coordination
•    Ensure that brand is maintained across agency materials.
•    Stylize toolkits for educators and schools to use in promoting agency materials.
•    Create monthly social media slate, newsletter, and toolkit, and additional content as determined by the department.
•    Maintain agency contact list and distribute materials monthly or as determined by the department.
•    Brand materials as they are created, included but not limited to:
o    Promotional materials
o    Parent and teacher resources
o    Instructional guides
o    Fact sheets/one-pagers
o    Presentations
o    Support creative design needs for additional agency resources.
- Video Production
o    Record a minimum of 10 videos of agency willing to share their stories of resiliency through professional filming sessions and produce films to release, share, and make available as determined by the department.
o    Record a minimum of 10 testimonials, to include students, parents, and educators willing to share how they use the various agency resources through professional filming sessions and produce films to release, share, and make available as determined by the department.
o    Use video/testimonial subjects in other communications opportunities (pending their availability and willingness), including speaking engagements, media interviews, social media, other platforms as determined by the department.
