The Vendor is required to provide a software platform that features both AI-powered open-source software and investigative analytical software to the department.
- Provide to procure an integrated, advanced investigative technology solution that enhances its ability to detect, monitor and analyze potential threats across open, deep, and dark-web environments.
- The successful firm will provide a solution that supports proactive threat identification, real-time intelligence gathering, and analytical reporting to strengthen public safety and law enforcement operations.
- AI-Powered Open-Source Platform – Capable of conducting comprehensive searches across the Deep and Dark Web to identify potential threats and sources of criminal activity.
- Investigative Analytical Software – Designed to analyze, visualize, and interpret complex data to support ongoing investigations. The complex data must include but not be limited to data from phone extractions, along with historical phone and social media records
- Ability to automatically load, process, and analyze over 800 distinct data types from multiple sources, including but not limited to:
•    Mobile Devices
•    Social media platforms
•    Email communications
•    Geolocation and mapping data
- Seamless integration between the AI-Powered Open-Source Platform and the Investigative Analytical Software Platform to ensure cohesive data analysis and unified investigative workflows
