The Vendor is required to provide to design and implement an integrated digital marketing and lead management platform to strengthen agency homeownership marketing infrastructure and position the organization for sustained growth in market share.
- This initiative will serve as a modern, automated marketing ecosystem that directly links marketing investments to qualified homebuyer leads, lender engagement and closed loans delivering measurable ROI in the form of leads converted to agency homebuyers.
- Exploring new and innovative technologies including AI-powered tools and emerging digital solutions to meet the expectations and needs of today’s homebuyers and ensure a seamless, data-driven experience from awareness to closing.
- Operational systems to implement a centralized, data-driven platform that:
•    Automates lead referrals.
•    Tracks engagement and conversions from initial marketing contact through loan closing.
•    Provides comprehensive, real-time performance dashboards and ROI analytics.
•    Includes a homebuyer eligibility quick check and automated lender referral process.
•    Features lender and realtor® profiles to connect consumers with approved partners.
•    Allows for automatic long-term lead nurturing, audience segmentation and advanced insights.
