Prospective Student Outreach and Strategic Recruitment Platform

The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive, dynamic recruitment platform to identify and connect with “best-fit” students and integrate with our slate CRM platform.
- Platform allows the ability to serve messaging to students with an interest in highlighted majors.
- Platform offers ability to target high achieving high school students and college transfer students.
- Platform offers a content-rich, customizable landing/profile page with photo and video options that can be managed by agency users.
- Partnership includes a dedicated success manager to facilitate effective recruitment strategy in addition to initial training and implementation support and regular partner/client meetings.
- The sample should clearly demonstrate the platform design and functionality from both the prospective student and client end-user experience.
- The platform must be able to offer prospective student data along with inquires.
- The platform should allow the ability to select other institutions of higher education to match with and be highlighted when students visit those institutions.
- The platform should also offer an interactive, multimedia virtual tour of the agency campus to integrate into the college website, compliant with all accessibility features, including the campus map.
