The Vendor is required to provide for an all-in-one childcare management software solution designed to streamline operations across district-operated employee child care centers, pre-k–5th grade afterschool care programs, pre-k enrollment, and early learning centers.
- Provide to acquire a secure, cloud-based childcare management system that:
• Comprehensive, user-friendly platform
• Builds strong family partnerships through streamlined digital communication with staff and program administrators
• Simplifies staff daily routines and classroom management
• Supports program compliance and data accuracy
• Enhances administrative workflows and reporting
• Manages billing, enrollment, staffing ratios, and student movements
• Integrates infant–preschool formative assessment practices (for Employee Child Care Centers)
• Supports real-time communication and daily updates
• The ideal solution is intuitive and easy to adopt for novice staff users
• Provides a cohesive technology platform for over 2,000 school students, more than 180 children enrolled in our Employee Child Care Centers.
- These programs provide care for more than 2,280 children districtwide. Staff require efficient tools to manage classrooms, maintain safety and supervision, communicate with families, and meet state and district operational standards.
