The Vendor is required to provide enrollment management technology platform that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to support student recruitment, admissions, onboarding, persistence, and enrollment optimization.

•    Recruitment and outreach campaign management
•    Admissions workflow automation
•    Communication management (email, SMS, portals, chatbots, or similar)
•    Reporting and analytics dashboards for enrollment and funnel metrics
- AI and machine learning capabilities
•    Predictive modeling (e.g., inquiry to enroll, yield, melt, persistence)
•    Personalized communications or content recommendations
•    Behavioral or engagement scoring
•    Forecasting and scenario modeling
•    Continuous model improvement and governance
- Vendors should clearly distinguish between:
