The Vendor is required to provide appropriate in-house software to develop and administer a countywide telephone town call.
1. Overall strategy and work plan
• Review the proposed town call approach with authority
• Agree on list size and duration for town call
• Create a work plan and timetable
• Provide input to authority to help aid in the creation of the town call format
2. Preparation for town call
• Customize a teleservice web-based software program for a town call format that includes three (3) languages (English, Spanish and Vietnamese), including building in the ability to poll participants live, screen and take live questions, and stream the audio live online
• Provide general feedback on poll questions
• Establish an event specialist that will assist in running the technical side of the town call
• Invite participants to the town call with a countywide pre-call
3. Administer town call(s)
• Provide customized teleservice web-based software program for town call
• Manage customized teleservice web-based software program for town call via established event specialist
• Collect live poll answers from participants, along with information about how many people were called, how many participated, and how they engaged
• Provide audio recording of town call(s).
