Graphics and Control System

The Vendor is required to provide graphics and control system for include:
- Installation and hardware and software
•    Provide and install a new workstation computer with windows 11 pro operating system. 
•    Disconnect and remove existing controller. 
•    Install a new network compliant building supervisor controller package 
•    Web browser internet access (remote internet outside IP address required.) 
•    Provide and install as necessary new space temperature sensors, duct probes, duct static transmitter, duct sensors, thermostats and associated wiring, new communication wire, and velocity pressure probes for full functionality and programmable controllers. 
•    Provide and install as necessary electrical cabling, conduit, and network wiring.
- Graphics and programming
•    Develop and design a user-friendly custom web-based graphics interface for all updated HVAC equipment integrating the existing air handlers, exhaust fans, FCUs, chillers and boilers, creating a 3d/2d graphical screens for each piece of HVAC equipment. 
•    Graphics shall include real-time data, set points, alarm status, temperatures, pressures, valve positions and damper status and historical trends for temperature, humidity, and fan speed and diagrams of the HVAC equipment. 
•    Graphics shall include a visual of each piece of equipment and its location within a floorplan representative of the department. 
•    Graphics must allow users to change set points, adjust schedules, and facilities management to override equipment. 
•    Create programming for optimal start and stop, occupancy schedules, and holiday schedules. 
•    Develop, document, and test a new sequence of operations for all equipment.
- Security
•    Provide cybersecurity hardening (SSL certificates, secure passwords) and coordinate with it. 
•    Web browser internet access (remote internet outside IP address required.
- System integration
•    Ensure all data points are properly mapped and trended.
- System commissioning
•    Perform point-to-point testing to verify all sensors and devices are communicating correctly.
•    Validate that new graphics accurately reflect physical equipment status. 
•    Balance system air and water flows as required by new controllers’ configurations.
- Documentation 
•    Provide as-built drawings and wiring diagrams, software details (license and logins, user manuals, and serial and model numbers, and the commissioning and startup report showing the system was tested, calibrated and operating correctly.
