The Vendor is required to provide to procure a specialized digital engagement service for a digital platform supporting county, our ‘one place one space’ for digital engagement with residents.
- The City requires a platform that will be an online gathering place that continues to evolve with how it engages with community around important issues.
- The flexibility to connect with residents and enable them to have their say in multiple and varied ways is key.
- The engagement team is continuously looking for improvements to ways in which the City engages residents.
- There is a need to meet them where they are, in the most convenient ways while also getting the feedback required.
- Access to a variety of tools (i.e., surveys, forums, photo sharing and storytelling) and the ability to integrate these tools will provide a reliable and consistent community experience with digital engagement.
- There is also a need for strong, reliable and user-friendly reporting tools.
- The City requires the ability to report back to senior leadership, City Council and the community with clear, plain language representations of the feedback gathered and how it was applied (or not) in the decision-making process.
