The Vendor is required to provide to implement a comprehensive identity management system (IDMS) to support the airport security, access control, and badging office.
- Provide a comprehensive Identity Management System that includes software, system configuration, implementation services, and integration with existing airport systems, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- The system must support all operational activities associated with identity verification, application processing, security vetting, training verification, badge issuance, and access control authorization.
- The solution must include an Authorized Signatory Portal allowing approved organizational representatives to submit and manage badge applications electronically.
- Work collaboratively with the County to configure workflows that support the airport’s security and operational policies while enabling efficient processing of badge applications and renewals.
- Provide detailed information regarding the proposed project team, including organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, and qualifications of key personnel assigned to the project.
- Systems that support airport badging operations, identity verification processes, and integration with physical access control systems.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule outlining all phases of the IDMS implementation, including project initiation, system design, configuration, integration, testing, training, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.
- The project schedule must identify major milestones, deliverables, and dependencies required to ensure successful implementation.
- The schedule shall be coordinated with the County’s project management team to ensure alignment with airport operational requirements and minimize disruption to ongoing badging operations.
- Place of Performance Work associated with the implementation of the Identity Management System will be performed through a combination of on-site activities at Airport and remote services provided by the Contractor.
- On-site activities may include system deployment, integration with existing airport systems, user training, and operational support.
- Must coordinate all on-site work with the Department to ensure compliance with airport security requirements and operational constraints.
