Building Automation System Services

The Vendor is required to provide building automation system (BAS) for repairs, new installs, equipment and parts.
- Requirement:
•    Annual inspection of all software and programing and modules.
•    Diagnostic and trouble-shooting problems on:
o    Reliable controls building automation systems, controls, control modules, wiring and new installs. 
o    Automated logic building automation systems, controls, control modules, wiring, and new installs. 
o    Other proprietary building automation systems, controls, control modules, wiring, new installs, and low voltage problems.
•    Installing modules, wiring, actuators, low voltage power sources, low voltage inspections and assessment.
•    Damper inspections and assessment, fan coil assessments, egress and lighting assessments
•    Services may also include other work normally performed by a mechanical contractor
•    Restoring all repair sites to their original state; cleaning work areas after repairs and installs are completed.
