Microsoft Enterprise Licensing Software

The Vendor is required to provide Microsoft software licensing and subscription products, including volume-based pricing for A3 and A5 education licenses, along with associated support services for license management, administration, renewals, upgrades, and cost optimization for the University and participating higher education institutions across the State.
- Provide Microsoft software licensing and subscription products at competitive, volume-based pricing for participating higher education institutions for the State
- Provide per-license pricing that clearly reflects volume-based pricing for the total number of licenses being purchased.
- Authorized Microsoft Partner / Reseller: A supplier officially recognized by Microsoft as eligible to sell, distribute, and manage Microsoft software licenses and subscriptions in the country under applicable Microsoft licensing programs.
