The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive system-wide audit of the City’s electric distribution infrastructure to update its Geographic Information System (GIS) database and OpenGov Enterprise Management system (Cartegraph).
- This includes poles, pad-mounted equipment, meters, and other distribution facilities such as stub poles, streetlight and yard light poles (with size, type, style, and billing status), overhead and underground transformers, risers, capacitors, regulators, reclosers, trip savers, fuses, arrestors, and termination cabinets.
- Electric system as follows:
• Pole ownership
• Distribution poles and structures
• Stub poles/double wood
• Streetlight and yard light poles
• Streetlight and yard light size, type, and style, and billing status
• Overhead transformer size, phase, and asset identification number
• Underground risers with phasing
• Capacitors
• Regulators
• Reclosers
• Trip savers
• Overhead fuses and phases
• Arrestors
• Meter locations and transformer source identification.
• Pad mounted transformers, switches and termination cabinets
