The Vendor is required to provide federal fiscal and program monitoring system that streamlines compliance processes, reduces manual errors, and ensures the timely submission of required documents from school systems.
- Requirement:
• A secure, web-based platform for managing federal fiscal and program monitoring activities.
• Secure intake, storage, retrieval, and management of documents submitted by school systems and other sub recipients.
• Workflow functionality to support review, analysis, follow-up, routing, and approval processes by agency staff.
• Automated generation of fiscal and programmatic monitoring letters, reports, findings, determinations, and non-compliance notifications.
• Functionality to track, manage, document, and resolve corrective actions resulting from identified non-compliance.
• Role-based access controls and permissions for internal agency users and external school system users.
• Reporting, dashboard, data export, and audit trail capabilities to support audit readiness, compliance monitoring, and management oversight.
• Scalability to support current and future monitoring needs
• The application must comply with all relevant WCAG accessibility standards and agency branding guidelines.
