Idea Generation and Engagement Platform

The Vendor is required to provide an idea generation and engagement platform (the “Platform”), along with related onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support and maintenance services.
- The platform will be used across multiple business areas and with external groups, including employers, workers, and industry partners, to ensure decision-making is informed by meaningful and representative input.
- To carry out this work, the department requires access to an engagement platform capable of facilitating broad conversations, inclusive dialogue, and the collection of diverse perspectives.
- Enabling broad, equitable, and accessible participation across the workforce and stakeholder groups;
- Supporting fair, transparent, and inclusive engagement processes;
- Ensuring diverse perspectives are systematically captured and appropriately reflected in decision making; and
- Providing timely, actionable insights to inform organizational planning, policy development, and operational priorities.
- The Platform must also support the ability to pose both open ended and closed ended questions and to collect input through synchronous and asynchronous engagement methods.
- The Platform may incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) capabilities to analyze qualitative and quantitative input, identify themes and trends, and support transparent, evidence-based decision-making.
- Any AI-enabled features must be explainable, auditable, and aligned with responsible and ethical use standards, including fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation.
